My strengths, weaknesses and patterns

Hi Coffee Cup,

For a solo business owner, my days can be a bit quiet. I’ve got work and online meetings but the vast majority of the time I’m quietly working. There’s no water cooler talk or coworkers to be objective about my professional strengths and weaknesses.

So when I saw folks on social media sharing their experiences asking Chatty about themselves, I thought YEA, let’s do this.

So I did.

And it wasn’t awful.

In fact, it was bizarrely helpful.
