Hi Coffee Cup,
The rain is coming down super hard right now in Copenhagen so I’m doing the only thing I can do. I’m making soup! I hope you’re well.
In fact, I’d like to know how you are. Feel free to hit REPLY and let me know how you’re doing in general and/or what you’re up to with ChatGPT. Our chats don’t always have to be so formal or focused, do they?
Fear of vulnerability pushed aside. Here we go.
Steph

How to use ChatGPT as an anxiety journaling partner
Now it’s time for me to get super vulnerable. I’ve been using ChatGPT to help with journaling for my panic attacks. Here come the disclaimers: I’m not a mental health professional nor do I recommend using this method to replace a real life therapist. Okay, that aside, I’m finding this method to really help me between therapy sessions.
Anxiety and panic attacks are very common BUT too often kept secret. So please share this issue on your socials and/or with someone you know who also has higher than is comfortable anxiety/panic experiences.

Anything you put into ChatGPT is going to be kept and used. Have you looked into any of the AI apps built for mental health purposes, such as BetterHelp? I would hope they might protect your personal info better and could be more effective for you between therapy sessions.
